1) Steel expansion parts and expansion tubes should be made of stainless steel or surface-treated carbon steel. Metal expansion parts should be made of stainless steel or electro-galvanized steel. Stainless steel should be A2, A4 or equivalent in the international standard "Mechanical Properties of Stainless Steel Fasteners" (ISO 3506); when electro-galvanized steel is used, it should comply with the current national standard "Fastener Electroplating Layer" (GB/T 5267.1), and the thickness of the electroplating layer should not be less than μm. The mechanical properties, dimensions, tolerances and roughness of the parts should comply with the design drawings and the current relevant national standards.
2) Plastic nails and plastic expansion sleeves with discs, as well as attached gaskets, should be made of polyamide (polyamide 6, PA6 or polyamide6.6, PA6.6), polyethylene (polyethylene, PE) or polypropylene (polypropylene, PP). Plastic nails and plastic expansion sleeves produced from recycled materials shall not be used in engineering.
The nominal diameter of the disc of the disc anchor should not be less than 60mm (tolerance ±1.0mm), and the nominal diameter of the expansion sleeve should not be less than 8mm (tolerance ±0.5mm).
3) Standard values of tensile bearing capacity and pull-out resistance of a single anchor. The anchor type, length and effective anchoring length should be based on the base wall material and design requirements. The technical properties of the anchor should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national industry standard JG/T 366.
