The manufacturing process of coarse sand generally includes the following steps:

Raw Material Acquisition
● The first step is to obtain suitable raw materials. Usually, natural sandstone, quartzite and other minerals are the main sources. These minerals are abundant in nature and have the characteristics of high hardness and good wear resistance, which can meet the quality requirements of coarse sand.

Crushing
● The acquired raw materials are sent to a crusher for crushing. Crushers use mechanical force to break large pieces of rock into smaller particles. Common crushers include jaw crushers, cone crushers, etc. The crushing process is adjusted according to the required particle size of the coarse sand to initially reduce the size of the raw materials.

Screening
● After crushing, the materials are sent to a screening machine. The screening machine is equipped with screens of different mesh sizes. Through vibration or other ways, the materials are separated according to particle size. The part of the material whose particle size is larger than the standard of coarse sand will be returned to the crusher for further crushing, while the part that meets the requirements of coarse sand particle size is retained.

Washing
● The screened coarse sand often contains impurities such as dust and clay. Therefore, it needs to be washed by a sand washing machine. The sand washing machine uses water to wash away impurities on the surface of the sand particles, improving the purity and quality of the coarse sand.

Drying
